2.1 Permitted Use

• Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.

• Transmitting any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Van-Research, a Van-Research employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm Van-Research or other users.

2.3 User Submissions

When you submit an inquiry, request samples, or otherwise contact us through the Site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You consent to Van-Research using your submitted information to respond to your inquiry, provide product recommendations, and conduct follow-up communications related to your project requirements.

2.4 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Van-Research has no control over the content of those sites or resources and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

3.1 Accuracy of Technical Data

Van-Research makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, technical specifications, performance data, and other information published on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, product specifications are subject to change without notice as part of our ongoing research and development activities. All technical data published on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

3.2 Project-Specific Validation

Product performance characteristics published on the Site represent general material properties under standardized testing conditions. Actual performance in any specific application depends on operating conditions, installation methods, environmental factors, and other project-specific variables. Van-Research strongly recommends that all customers engage in the formal project validation process -- including sample testing and technical confirmation -- before finalizing any design or procurement decision.

3.3 Pricing and Availability

Product pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and availability information are not published on the Site and are subject to change. All commercial terms are established through direct negotiation and confirmed in writing via formal quotation or purchase order. No pricing or availability information displayed on the Site (if any) constitutes a binding offer.

3.4 Custom and R&D Solutions

Descriptions of customization capabilities and R&D services on the Site are illustrative of Van-Research's general capabilities. Specific outcomes, timelines, and deliverables for custom development projects are subject to separate written agreements and are not implied or guaranteed by information published on the Site.

4.1 Ownership

The Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality -- including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, technical data sheets, product specifications, illustrations, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, software, and the compilation thereof -- are owned by Van-Research Innovation Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws of the People's Republic of China and international conventions.

4.2 Limited License

Van-Research grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use or for the purpose of evaluating Van-Research products for a legitimate business project. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Site.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site.
• Use the Site or its content in any way that could infringe the intellectual property rights of Van-Research or any third party.

4.3 Trademarks

"Van-Research," "Van-Research Innovation," "FRA-C650," "FRA-G600," "FRE-M1100," and associated logos and product designations are trademarks or registered trademarks of Van-Research Innovation Co., Ltd. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the prior written permission of Van-Research.

4.4 Proprietary Technology

Van-Research's nano-porous insulation materials, manufacturing processes, formulations, and associated know-how constitute proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property. Any information shared during the product evaluation or R&D collaboration process is subject to confidentiality obligations as established in applicable non-disclosure or project agreements.

5.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VAN-RESEARCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2 No Engineering Advice

Information published on the Site, including technical data, application examples, case studies, and product descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering advice, design guidance, or a recommendation for any specific application. Users should not rely on Site content as a substitute for qualified engineering consultation, independent testing, or project-specific technical validation.

5.3 No Warranty of Uninterrupted Access

Van-Research does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5.4 Third-Party Content

Van-Research does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or websites that may be linked to or referenced on the Site. Any dealings with third parties found through the Site are solely between you and the applicable third party.

6.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VAN-RESEARCH INNOVATION CO., LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES -- INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES -- ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF VAN-RESEARCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6.2 Cap on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAN-RESEARCH'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VAN-RESEARCH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).

6.3 Product Liability

Liability for Van-Research products purchased through formal commercial agreements is governed by the applicable product purchase agreement, quality agreement, and/or warranty terms established at the time of sale. These Terms do not expand, modify, or supersede any product-specific liability terms established in such agreements. Van-Research's liability for physical products is limited to the remedies expressly set forth in the applicable commercial agreement.

6.4 Basis of the Bargain

The limitations of liability set forth in this section reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between Van-Research and users of the Site, and are a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between the parties. Van-Research would not be able to provide the Site on an economically reasonable basis without such limitations.

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction where Van-Research Innovation Co., Ltd. is registered. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in such courts.

7.3 International Use

The Site is operated from the People's Republic of China. Van-Research makes no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Site from outside China do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations, including export control laws and regulations.

7.4 Export Controls

Technical information and product data available on the Site may be subject to export control laws and regulations of China and other applicable jurisdictions. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any technical data obtained from the Site in violation of applicable export control laws.
